1. Clear Outstanding Loans:
Before initiating the account deletion, make sure to settle all outstanding loans using the SafeLoan mobile app.
 
2. Submit Deletion Request Email:
Send an email to help@safeloangh.com from the email address linked to your SafeLoan account. Include the following details:
 
Subject: Request for Account Deletion
Body: Confirm the settlement of all outstanding loans through the mobile app and express your intention to delete your account.
 
3. Confirmation and Deletion:
Our support team will respond to your email within five business days. Once confirmed, the actual account deletion process will be initiated.
 
Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all related information will be permanently removed.
